Kelly

Kelly is a certified massage therapist and the creator of Free The Wellness. She is a passionate professional with training in therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, myofascial therapy, sports recovery massage and nervous system regulation. Kelly enjoys thoughtfully integrating a range of therapeutic tools such as heat therapy, red light therapy, cupping, scraping, aromatherapy, hot stones, breathwork guidance, gentle assisted stretching, and co-regulation to support each client's needs and ensure an effective treatment. Kelly brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to every session, offering post-session integration guidance and continued support beyond the table.

Her philosophy is simple: wellness is personal. Every Reset Ritual is tailored to meet you where you are—whether you're managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, training for peak performance, or seeking a moment of stillness within your busy world.

Kelly created Free The Wellness with the belief that consistent, intentional bodywork is an essential part of living well. This philosophy shapes every aspect of the practice—from the Collective Access membership model to the thoughtful, personalized care offered in each session. Thank you for your time.
